The Olympus OM-1 was the first of the "smaller" SLR cameras.  This made it an instant hit, especially with people with smaller hands.  First class engineering, materials and workmanship have all helped in making this still a very popular camera.  This is a later version that has the motor drive coupling in the bottom.  It comes with a #1 hot shoe and a #1 matte screen.
The body looks almost new with only a few light scratches on the bottom keeping it from being mint.  It has recently been completely overhauled and this means that I have:
completely disassembled and cleaned
relubricated all bearings in the shutter assembly, self timer assembly, slow speed gear train, mirror cage assembly and transport system
cleaned all contacts
recalibrated curtain tension and speeds
recalibrated meter to new 1.5 volt alkaline battery (included)
replaced prism, perfect
cleaned viewfinder system: mirror, viewing lens and fresnel screen
replaced foam, front and back
cleaned PC contacts
comes with a #1 hot shoe in great shape
comes with an MD cap and a body cap
comes with a sixty day warrant
